What is DU EL
The road from education to work, built
DU EL Socio-Educational NGO is a career orientation and work-based learning platform for young people and their parents. DU EL connects education, career orientation and the real world of work. Founded in 2023.
How is it delivered?

How does it work?
DU EL's approach rests on three interconnected stages.
01 02 Engage
The participant develops the transferable and professional skills the labour market needs, completes the learning units and collects badges.
03 Experience
The participant meets professionals and takes part in interviews, mentoring, company tours, workplace observation and internships.
The participant completes the program with a finished career portfolio, a DUELian timeline and a clear plan for the next steps.
