Career Orientation
DUEL's career orientation process accompanies a young person from self-discovery to real professional experience. Our approach combines career orientation, work-based learning and dual-education principles: learning is connected to two environments — the educational setting and the real workplace.
The three stages, step by step
Stage 01
With a career guidance psychologist you map your interests, strengths and values.
This stage produces the participant's personal career portfolio — the foundation for everything that follows.
Learning badges
A badge certifies a specific skill or completed learning outcome — never attendance alone. Gamification stays restrained: progress, achievement, discovery.
How progress works
Pick a badge to see its criteria, evidence and what it unlocks
Communication
Clear speech and active listening
DUEL Compass
The program ends with a compass: a finished career portfolio.
The DUELian timeline
The timeline is a growing personal record: each completed activity adds a dated milestone, badge or evidence card.
Geography
Ten regions and the capital: DUEL's campaigns and programs have sounded across Armenia. Every region has its own weather, but the question is the same everywhere: who do you want to become?

DUELians
Every DUELian starts with their own question and moves forward through self-discovery, professional contact and practical experience.

“What should I become?” At DUEL nobody answers it for you — you get the tools to find the answer yourself.

Real mentors, company tours, learning badges. Making mistakes here is part of learning, not a problem.

By the end of the program you hold a finished career portfolio, your DUELian timeline and a clear plan for the next steps.
Partners
Partner organisations host tours, provide mentors from their best specialists and open the world of work to participants.

These are two different paths. Cohort programs are grant-funded and free for selected participants; individual consulting is a paid service outside an open cohort.
