Our programs

The programs are presented chronologically, from 2023 to today. Each one guides young people from self-discovery to direct engagement with the world of work, combining discovery, learning units, badges, mentoring, employer meetings and work-based learning.

  1. CompletedFree participation

    DU EL Career Orientation

    DU EL's first career orientation program, developed and delivered with the support of the Teach For Armenia educational foundation's KAYTS social innovation incubator and HSBC Armenia. The program piloted DU EL's three-stage approach: Explore → Engage → Experience.

    Participants had the opportunity to:

    • discover their interests and strengths
    • explore different career directions
    • develop the skills the labour market needs
    • meet professionals from different sectors
    • visit partner organisations
    • get to know real working environments
    • make a more informed career decision through practical experience

  2. CompletedFree participation

    Empower and Engage: NEET Pathways

    A seven-month program delivered with the support of the Swiss Development and Cooperation Office, giving young people outside education and employment access to career orientation, skills development, mentoring and real working environments.

    Your Skills, Your Future

    The current program: practical career orientation and work-based learning for ages 14–24, with parent engagement. Young people and parents register separately.

Frequently asked questions

  • Who can apply?

    Young people aged 14–24 from Yerevan and the regions. Applications go through a selection stage, since places are limited.

  • Is participation paid?

    No — cohort programs are free for selected participants. Only individual consulting is paid, and it is a separate service.

  • What does the program include?

    Self-discovery, learning units and badges, workshops, company tours, mentoring, interviews, workplace observation and, when available, internships.

  • What is the parents' role?

    The program includes parent sessions and seminars: how to support a teenager during the choice without deciding for them.

  • How do I apply?
